grateful experience
polite receptionist tea biscuits fast lifts
i felt grateful about my stay. the receptionist was so polite. i also liked the tea biscuits, what i found in my beautiful room. the lifts worked so fast, i didn't wait.
the hotel charged a deposit, and it took a while to get it back.

my room included tea, coffee, and biscuits. bottled water was available everyday. the room has quick lifts. the hotel has welcome drink.

the breakfast service included a wide range of options. i did not need to wait for lifts. the quick lifts made moving around the hotel easy. i felt very good.

mixed feelings about this place
broken tv remote missing toiletries
the location was alright, close enough to where i needed to be.
i had issues with my room, a superior double room. the tv remote didn't work, and it took ages for someone to bring a replacement. also, the promised toiletries were missing, a real pain when you're trying to get ready.

Really good service and a nice stay
front desk excellent experience
My room was clean and well-prepared, and Stefan at the front desk kindly stored my luggage as i explored. Stefan carried my bags to my room when i returned to the hotel. THE overall experience proved to be excellent.
The front desk attendant took a LONG time to check me in at arrival. She mentioned difficulty locating a room for me, concerning as a guest who had paid for a room.

Breakfast was served in a nice restaurant. The continental buffet offers varied choices. I appreciated the attentive service and the quality of the food. The bar in the inert garden provided a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is in a calm area. Liverpool train station is only a 15-minute walk away. The Barbican center is directly across from the hotel. The underground station is nearby and easily accessible.

The historic VIBE of the building added to the charm. The hotel offers luggage storage. I found this service very convenient. The rooms are well-presented and maintained.
